Well , i ve been disconnected from a game , in minute 1:20 , after the third creep wawe spawned and fb was not shed , so according to this :

"1) These are the necessary conditions to return points:

- There is a leave within the first five minutes of the game and first blood has yet to be made."

The reply was :

"We do not return PTS, if the disconnection occurred before the activation ladder. Declined. "

OR is it because of this :

"- You are the first one to disconnect. "

So, my question is , "Ladder Activation" ,

Am i missing something here ?
