Every player should learn these rules and repeat them up to ten times before going to bed. If you don’t know the rules that doesn’t mean you aren’t responsible for breaking them.

Everything that is forbidden:

1.Using different hacks and programs that give advantage in the game.
Of course, you can use Autohotkeys, Dotakeys etc.
Punishment: account ban / ip ban / smashed face.

2. Public insulting administration of server.
In chat, forum, with friends and even in an empty dark room. If an administrator breaks the rules or behaves inadequately himself, you can make a complaint at the forum.
Punishment: account ban / ip ban / mute in chat

3. Insulting other players.
Of course, you are allowed to criticize other player’s actions, exaggerate facts, try to blow his brain etc. But it should be done in a quiet and mannered way. If you are too rude or try to say everything using foul language (saying about sex with his mother, sister, dog, parrot in a crazy rude way) get ready to suffer administrator’s strike.
Punishment: temporary or constant mute in chat.

4. Stats abusing
Some silly actions like:

— Spoiling game trought any way. ( Feeding on purpose, Ezalor teleport,etc...)
— Selling teammate's item.
Punishment: Zeroing stats and account/ip ban. 

— Feeding a friend.
Punishment: Account/ip ban the feeder, zeroing the fed one.

— Abusing points calculating system.

5. Afk'ing
You become afk if you are sleeping near the fountain while the rest of the team is fighting.
Going afk and avoiding autokick by clicking mouse 1 time in 4 minutes is forbidden. Writing –ff command isn’t the reason for going afk too.
Punishment: -300 points and +2 leaves.

6. Leaving abuse

Leaving just before being first-blooded before 5min.

Punishment: Zeroing stats

7. Killing enemies’ creeps.
ICCup’s administration is building world peace.
Punishment: Conscience torments

And now about everything that is allowed:
1. Backdoor. You can do it in any ways, even standing on your head and playing by left leg.
2. Creepblock, creepskip and pulling creeps or just having fun with a lovely satyrs in woods.
3. Buying any items (Even imba guns that shoot like Tinker’s rockets). In AP Ladder there are no quantity restrictions of artefacts (30 dagons, necros, refreshers FTW).
4. Pulling items to teammates and controlling leavers.
5. Playing DotA and having fun. At first we wanted to forbid this, but then decided that it would be too cruel.
