And there you have it, a great start to a soon to become great event! The matches start on June 6, 2008 - June 8, 2008 with each team from Group A playing all the other teams from Group A, and then on June 13, 2008 - June 15, 2008 Group B will do the same.

The format of the tournament will be a clan war in king of the hill style, with each team having five players play. For each loss, the team will put up another player, until the five players are all eliminated. The maps will be Blue Storm, Othello, Athena, with Blue Storm as the first map in every match. The team to finish in first place not only wins the hardware prizes available but ALSO a chance to play against eSTRO following their victory in the Group stages. Prizes include a KTec 6500 Mouse, eSTRO T-Shirt, Autographed eSTRO Diary for each player in the top 2 teams, and the same for the two websites who have been affiliated with those teams.

During each of the games the following people will be present. Xeris who is an Administrator of the Tournament, Kurogane who is also an Administrator, a shoutcaster, and the Players. If the setup works out properly the games will not only be shoutcasted but a live broadcast will also be setup for those to watch. P.S. There's alot of bad feedback going around saying how some team isn't in the tournament or how some sites aren't in the tournament. Like people have said in the past ... GET OVER IT. No one cares if you're thinking "Oh broodwar.de started up 10 million years ago why aren't they in it" or "Man I've never even heard of starfeeder why are they in it", it's a tournament to strengthen the SC community overall, so unless you have some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, don't bother commenting.
