![]() The OSL is finally nearing its end. With the Round of 16 matches starting is less than a week today, who knows what we'll end up seeing. Flash has been doing very well the past few months so it looks like it's going to be a tough one on GGPlay to win his first match. While BeSt has been playing well the past few matches going up against NaDa isn't going to be easy, especially when NaDa is going to be practicing JUST TvP (His group is just him and 3 Protoss). Next one is a ZvZ where you know that July is looking for revenge from losing the last 2 matches against Luxury. Last but not least, Much and ... BackHo? Really don't know how he got here (Sorry BackHo fans) but I don't think he'll make it past Much. :S |

![]() The new league run by GOMTV themselves has begun. This league now known as the Averatec-Intel Classic 2008 Season 1, was the product of a test run called the GomTV Star Invitational that produced an unexpectedly huge amount of viewers. This league unlike the others has no preliminary stages and every match is considered to be in a knockout fashion. Prior to the start of the league a contest was run where the top 4 Starcraft players played in a tournament where the winner took home about $10,000 USD. This title was easily taken by Flash when he beat Mind in the finals 3-1 after losing the very first game. |

It is with much regret that i must inform you of a few changes in the complaints process for the next week. With the resignation of a number of key ladder staff things are not running as smoothly as we would have liked and thus are enforcing the following terms until the situation is resolved.
1) Every complaint without the use of anti-hack will be automatically denied 2) All complatins regarding forgotting to use /partner in 2vs2 matches will also be denied We expect to have things running smoothly by the end of the week and just remember that these moves are temporary. - iCCup Staff |

![]() Group B is interesting in that there are 4 protoss which will mean we will see some quick protoss eliminations. Jangbi is highly seeded and has beaten Anytime as of the last time they¡¦ve played. Anytime has lost his past 2 PvP matches, but has already proven himself a good PvP player, winning 3 PvPs in a row in February, and beating Kal and Stork earlier in the year. This is a tough one to call, but I actually think Anytime has a good chance of upsetting JangBi. |
