How to make FPVOD films?

Hi everyone.
I want to know how to make FPVOD (first person) films.
I've searched lots of programmes for game recording but they record my SC with bad colours or reduce StarCraft's performance.
Does anyone have an idea?

try Fraps
but you will need a full version, not a trial.
