I read:

Our admin stuff recieved a complaint ID4449 from this player about this game
Admin reviewed this complaint and denied it with this reason:

Admin's comment:
Game duration doesn't match that of the replay. Replay shows duration of 14:00.

Well, I don't know the reason of this difference, but the fact is that the report of this game isn't in my match list while this strange report is.

I remember that during the game I read the message "Your connection to bnet has lost", than I checked in my ml if the game was anyway registered, and it wasn't.

Maybe your time report doesn't includes pause? The game was paused a bit 'cause he had to do something and asked me to wait some minutes (I don't remember clearly, but I suppose that it happened in this game), so this should explain your problem.

Anyway, it's only a game so it doesn't matter too much, it's only to clarify my complaint.

I inverted my supposition:
maybe the time of your report INCLUDES pause, while the time of my replay doesn't?
