I play 20 + games daily, I watch gosu replays, watch each my replay and i become better and better but they beat me more and more. Now I'm 50-120 and i play so good for me, good macro, trying to improve my micro, but i lose every time when I play with someone with 1240 pts... It's terrible feel. I've been thinking im going to get C- but I'm still at 900 points...

Watch your replays. Check what your opponent is doing. People with D ranks can be very skilled players, just new to iccup. You don't always have to follow professional gamers' build orders.

Yes, I do, but what can i do when i have 95/100 like the progamers, but the toss has 125/130 limit? Just dieing :)

scout more consistantly and study build orders? if ur not scouting half as much as u should then your guessing in the dark at what you should be doing =)

I know this feeling, sometimes you keep losing despite playing really well and not understanding why.
The real solution is simply finding out why. There's always one key thing you miss.

I used to lose ZvTs simply because I didn't tech defilers. I wasn't good with them so I figured I'd go ultras. But against a good Terran lategame you must have swarm or even 100 lings that have better micro will die to just a little M&M and siege; so I just started forcing myself to get defilers and now I own more :o

You're a Terran player right? And you're saying you end up with less units than your opponent?
Terrans are very defensive, you're probably playing too aggressively and attacking in the wrong moments, and because of that you fail to build up a good army. Try to scout more, and attack the opponent only when you know you're going to win the battle.

Push slowly with siege tanks, mines in TvP, etc. Keep your units alive while making more. Terrans have all means to lose very little units against their opponents.

With a good siege and mine placement, you can become completely immune to attacks in TvP. Just keep moving with turrets in your push and eat him up slowly, don't rush it.
With medics and irradiate, you should be able to kill Z with very little losses until they get swarm.
Whenever you see lurkers coming, move back and only kill the lings.
Scout often and put pressure on him, force him to waste money on Sunkens and don't let him expand.
TvT <- I suck at this matchup so dunno ;p

Basically, you may be doing a fundamental mistake and repeating it without even realizing. Try to play more relaxed and don't rush things. If you have better macro and micro than your opponent, then you can get to C-/C by simply knowing when are the right times to attack as Terran.

Thank you for this advices. I see my mistakes and I'm better. Now I'm the second worst player in iCCup. lol To be good player you should do army constantly, to get good macro without mistakes, to scout the enemies. But in this server everyone plays for stats with one tactic and it's hard if you want to do good game. Zerg - mass ling, Toss - Zealot rush, Fast dark, fast riever (both aren't big problem when you scout), and carriers (also).

Mass lings? Lings in large numbers fail hard against the simplest defenses. If the Z you're against makes a lot of lings and nothing else it means your defenses are wrong and he sees it. Either that or he's a noob and it should be easy for you to beat him ;p

If you keep losing, try a change of approach. I used to produce 12 drones per base before producing other units. Now I'm producing only 9 drones, and my timing is a hell lot better.

Think of something small where you might be doing it wrong and change it.

Yes, in D rank there are many things in OB that you could change, i do one barrack against zerg, but I've been thinking about 2 barracks and expand like some B- players.

you have to change your strategie from game to game. do not do the same thing every game, you have to react to what your opponent is doing. I'd say you need to know at least 4 different strategies against every race on each map

KIZ lol @ avatar

OP, scouting is probably single most important thing in SC/BW

oh wow, all D players listen up! I just learned something important that you'll find useful: scout earlier.

I used to scout with my 12th drone thinking it was enough, and I had a shitty ~50% win ratio. Now that I started scouting with my 9th worker, I can easily adjust my strategy before the other player even chose his, which helps TONs. I just... stopped losing games, thanks to this :o
