It is with much regret that i must inform you of a few changes in the complaints process for the next week. With the resignation of a number of key ladder staff things are not running as smoothly as we would have liked and thus are enforcing the following terms until the situation is resolved.

1) Every complaint without the use of anti-hack will be automatically denied
2) All complatins regarding forgotting to use /partner in 2vs2 matches will also be denied

We expect to have things running smoothly by the end of the week and just remember that these moves are temporary.
