     Good Day, commander! Main Battleship is reporting that ICCUP Clan League starts this week. Draws are ready, map pool 100% confirmed and we have some changes in rules. Reporting:

 Changes in rules(ONLY for C divisions): "C" division teams can't use wildcard if opponents don't agree.
