I think, due to the fact that teachers to student ratio is probably around 8:1 or worse, trainees are adding/pming any trainer they see, despite their time zones don't match at all. You can't force a teacher to volunteer, but it would help alot of people and teacher pm boxes if some stepped up. Nothing major, even 30minutes is something.

Yes, i feel that because the time zones vary, people will be logging on to learn at different times. At least people will be able to get crucial tips in the hour or half hour they learn from a coach/teacher.
Of course, if more teachers stepped up, things would be more evenly distributed.. I am currently looking to see if reward incentives will be awarded for volunteer teachers.. We'll see.

I just cant seem to find a teacher every time im on the channel is empty but that could most likely be because of as mentioned above the student to teacher ratio

A few teachers have posted to volunteer, so you should take advantage of that and PM them.

I think its bad, i sit in the iccup training channel like all day and no one is ever there to train me =(((
