Right of use and copying
When copying or repeating materials of our server, a link to the source is obligatory. No prior permission of ICCup.com publishers and authors is required.
Tournaments
The organizers must fulfill the following requirements:
- Place a graphical banner in each news item / announcement of the tourney.
- Specify iCCup as a partner and add a link to www.iccup.com in the tourney information
- Follow general rules
- Add iCCup promo video, if there are video-translations, making VODs.
Commercial tournaments and events with money or material prizes can be held at iCCup server
only by authority of administration.
Administration has a right to:
- refuse to hold tourneys / other events, with no explanation
- stop an announced or started tourney / event, if the obligatory conditions have been broken
- exclude any user from the participants list, with no explanation
- be present at the tourney / event channel
- be an observer in games of any stage
- make its own video/radio translations
- make its own reviews, articles, announce results
- request replays from the tourney / event
- request any other information
- deny any content in blogs or forums, where someone wants some kind of payment. The user will be banned.
Administration is not responsible for:
- stopping the tourney / event due to technical issues on the server
- fraudulent behavior of organizers towards participants
- prize delivery / payments to winners
