I've 150 caps in this account, in case i want to move my account stats (ladder) to a new nickname/account, will i lose those 150 caps?

Or in case my pro account membership is still active, is it going to be lost or will it get transferred to the new account?

If you want to transfer statistics (pts), then everything except the pts will remain on the old account!
