Because you are not patient to wait client to exit hosted match. For 11 years in here, I've never had similar problem :D
Hit escape and watch yourself enter lobby or in map list section.
This might happens in case that you have PRO membership and if you follow someone to a game, autofollower is persistent until you turn it off.
