Here is a comprehensive list of proposals that are presently prohibited and will not be implemented in the immediate future. Prior to sharing your ideas with the community, please familiarize yourself with the Blacklist.

• Suggestions involving discounts in the store are not allowed.

• Offering privileges (such as caps or services) in exchange for reporting players is prohibited.

• Duplicating a topic after rejection is not allowed; if rejected once, it will not be reconsidered.

• Messages like Supp, support, approve, UP, and similar ones are considered spam.

• Proposals related to chat commands in the launcher are not accepted.

• Creating topics in the "Suggestions" section without information about the proposed innovation, as well as creating topics on unrelated subjects, is prohibited.

• Any proposals affecting the general rules on iCCup are not allowed.

• Suggestions to change or discuss the rules are prohibited.

• Proposals related to penalties for "lat 0," removal of the ability to set "lat 0," and any proposals related to Latency are not accepted.

• The return of the /countrylimit command is not considered.

To address this, a /location (/lc) command exists, allowing players to set selection restrictions.

The proposal regarding the country limit is rejected due to the consideration of user opinions and the importance of maintaining balance for the entire user base.

• Creating a chat on the website is not allowed.

• Implementation of a command limiting quits is not under consideration.

The /noleavers command already exists;

• Creating topics in the "Approved" subsection is prohibited.

• ANY proposals related to DotA should be directed to the bug tracker;

• Official introduction of punishment for picking AB (AutoBan) heroes, as well as removing AB heroes from the RDTB mode pool is not considered.

• Return of Dota 6.83d from icefrog to ladder bots is rejected.

• Replacement of the DotA map in the ladder is not considered.

• Proposals to remove the feature for widescreen monitors from the launcher, scaling textures to hide the edges of the map are not accepted.

The innovation involves a new platform management approach, providing users with a choice to adopt it or continue playing the old way.

• Proposals of political, nationalistic, racist nature, as well as any proposals that may provoke interethnic or religious discord are strictly prohibited.

iCCup is a gaming platform, and there is no place for political debates. The platform promotes an interethnic "island" where all residents are equal. Flag assignment is automated based on IP databases, and manual changes will not be made. Users can change the flag in the store;

• Addition of voice communication to Warcraft or the launcher is not under consideration.

• Proposals to recruit into the administration/demote an administrator are not allowed.

• Proposals to delete/ban a user are not accepted.

• Proposals to buy pro-accounts/ladder bonuses/armor daily, as well as proposals to make these services permanent are prohibited.

• Deletion of forum sections is not considered, but suggestions for creating new sections are welcome.

• Proposals related to changes in the services "Transfer," "Zavali," "Rename," "Nickname Purchase" are not accepted.

• Account linking to a mobile phone and other measures to complicate user registration are not under consideration.

• Proposals related to the development of a mobile application for the iCCup site are not considered.

• Changes to the ladder system are not necessary at the moment, as the system is stable.

• Transfer of caps between users, caps transfer without the mandatory condition - "account in ban" is not allowed.

• Purchase of imbalanced bonuses, top spots, victory button for caps is prohibited.

• Creation of a "Chaos" section where there will be no rules is unnecessary, as there is already a section for free communication called Flame.

• Mod -cmtb is not accepted.

• Update of the Anti-Hack launcher, Dota versions on bots, etc., is not under consideration.

• Change of coolness formula is not necessary.

• Separate CS through the command line is not accepted.

• Proposals to users, for example: "let's play Dota," "let's participate in a contest," "clan recruitment," etc., are prohibited.

• Implementation of commands: -autostart, -switch, -votekick is not considered.

• Proposals for updating maps on chost bots are not accepted.

• All complaints and questions that are considered in Support are not allowed.

• Proposals related to the addition/update of custom maps should be submitted in this section.
